Mad og ern\u00e6ring er et meget energisk v\u00e6rksted<\/span>

Tiden flyver afsted, da der altid er mange sp\u00e6ndende opgaver, at tage fat i. Vi fremstiller alt helt fra bunden af – det g\u00e6lder lige fra hjemmebag til syltning.

Du vil blive en del af et fantastisk team, der er gode til at hj\u00e6lpe hinanden og til at samarbejde. Vi tager p\u00e5 uddannelsesmesser og vi bes\u00f8ger ogs\u00e5 b\u00e5de relevante skoler og vores leverand\u00f8rer.

Hos os er det vigtigt at du f\u00e5r indblik i, hvilke muligheder og retninger, der er inden for faget \u2013 og i hvilken retning din interesse og uddannelse peger. Der bliver lagt v\u00e6gt p\u00e5 et autentisk arbejdsmilj\u00f8. Omstillingsparathed er et vilk\u00e5r i denne branche, s\u00e5 det er ogs\u00e5 en del af dagligdagen p\u00e5 Mad og ern\u00e6ring.

De daglige produktioner gemmes i din portfolio, og undervisningen er b\u00e5de praktisk og teoretisk. Dansk og matematik er ogs\u00e5 en naturlig del af hverdagen.
Ingen er eksperter fra begyndelsen, s\u00e5 vi ved, at alle ligger p\u00e5 forskellige niveauer i arbejdsgangen. Det bliver der naturligvis taget hensyn til.<\/span>\n \n
