\n Projekt UNG 360 \u2013 Den f\u00e6lles indsats<\/u>, handler om at frafaldstruede unge fastholdes i deres uddannelses-forl\u00f8b og dermed gennemf\u00f8rer ungdomsuddannelse eller alternativt kommer i job. Det er prim\u00e6rt elever p\u00e5 Forberedende Grunduddannelse (FGU), men ogs\u00e5 elever som er i gang med erhvervsuddannelse.<\/span><\/p>\n

Projektet udfolder sig dels ved en styrket fastholdelsesindsats p\u00e5 de medvirkende FGU-skoler, dels ved en t\u00e6ttere f\u00e6lles indsats blandt akt\u00f8rerne omkring den enkelte unge. Indsatserne sker s\u00e5ledes p\u00e5 forskellige niveauer, men f\u00e6lles for dem er, at det er den unge, som er i centrum. Det er et vigtigt form\u00e5l med projektet, at vi udover at \u00f8ge antallet af unge, der gennemf\u00f8rer uddannelse, ogs\u00e5 udvikler modeller for fastholdelse og f\u00e6lles indsats til gavn for fremtidige frafaldstruede unge.<\/span><\/p>\n

Projektet indeb\u00e6rer bl.a.:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022        Tidlig kontakt og t\u00e6t opf\u00f8lgning p\u00e5 frafaldstruede elever<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022        Underst\u00f8ttende den unges tilh\u00f8r i det n\u00e6re f\u00e6llesskab p\u00e5 v\u00e6rkstedet\/holdet.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022        Individuelle og gruppebaserede fastholdelsesindsatser<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022        Bygge bro til fritidsliv<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022        St\u00f8tte frafaldstruede elever i overgangene (fra FGU til ungdomsuddannelse)<\/span><\/p>\n

Indsatsen foretages i t\u00e6t samarbejde med KUI, der har det kommunale koordinerende myndighedsansvar for elever p\u00e5 FGU – ogs\u00e5 de frafaldstruede.<\/span><\/p>\n

Projektet er medfinansieret af EU Socialfond og Region Sj\u00e6lland.<\/span><\/p>\n

Projektperioden er fra 1. april 2023 \u2013 31. marts 2026<\/span><\/p>\n
